Participants must arrive on time to ensure safety and proper participation. It is the responsibility of the participant to arrange travel and accommodation to ensure they adhere to the event schedule.\nMandatory Briefing: All participants must attend a safety briefing before the event. For firewalks\, this will include detailed instructions on how to walk safely over the embers. If a participant misses the briefing\, they may not be allowed to take part.\nAlcohol and Drugs: Participants must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs during the event. If suspected\, they will not be allowed to take part.\nEvent Cancellation: The organisers reserve the right to cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. bad weather\, safety concerns). If wind speeds of 30 mph plus are forecast or a Met Office weather warning\, the event will not go ahead due to safety reasons. Unless otherwise stated\, entry fees or donations are non-refundable.\nMedia Release: By participating\, individuals consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes.\nStorage and Security: Participants are responsible for their own belongings. The organisers are not liable for any lost or stolen items.\nMinimum Fundraising: The minimum fundraising target is £150 per person.
